Name: Torgan Trengal
Role in Society: Once a simple stable boy now a respected Defender of the Land
Standing/Status among peers:
Good - Torgan is well respected among his peers because of his duty to the Imperial Guard. To those that know him well, however, he can be quite arrogant and condescending, though he is still an honorable stallion.
Previously a stable hand, now Captain of the Imperial Guard
HEALTH POINTS: 50
MANA POINTS: 20
DEFENSE POINTS: 50
-Basic Steel Greatsword- its called Nightbringer (a Gift from Keavy's father after he joined the Imperial Guard.)
-Standard Imperial Bow
-Small steel hatchet (used more as a tool, not a weapon)
- Animal Instinct
Arrogant- He's good at what he does, and a few years after joining the Imperial the praise began going to his head. Luckily he has Keavy to keep him grounded so he doesnt become too high and mighty
Dutiful- He defends those that cannot defend themselves, even putting his life on the line.
Chivalrous- Torgan's parents were always strict, nobel and valued good morals which they instilled upon their son. Because of his arrogance, his chivalry can sometimes be seen as sexist, but his intentions are always well meaning.
Honorable- Again, his family instilled in him the values of hard work, appreciating what you have, being honest with everyone and helping those that need your help.
Good with Animals- Because of his time working on the farm, Torgan does very well with animals. The always seemed to flock to him (mostly because he was in charge of feeing them) and he grew to understand them.
Being one of the only two foals of Liod Ta at the time, Keavy and Tor were raised together and brought up with an extreme rivalry to one another. Despite this fact, they complement each other well. Where Keavy is bold and fiery, Tor is calculating and commanding. The two were arranged to be married once they became mentally mature enough, but it happend that they had left for the Imperial Guard before they could be married (much to both of their pleasure).
Tor spend most of his young life working as a stable hand, doing most of the heavy lifting. It was there he developed an aptitude for understanding the animals and built up his strength to become a great swordsman. He ended up feeling like there was something "bigger" with his life, so he looked into joining the Imperial guard, and Keavy was sure to follow, not wanting to be shown up by her rival. He ran up the ranks (as much as a centaur could) due to his ability to follow orders and get things accomplished quickly and effectively.
DETAILED ROLE PLAY SAMPLE The war horns blared as Torgan's heart drummed against his chest. The Imperial City was under attack! How couple he possibly let this happen? Down below the walls of the city he saw his men charging the enemy, their swords drawn and fierce battle-cries bellowing from gut. They were prepared for this.. But was he?
Torgan woke with a jump. It was only a nightmare. He ran his hands through his long mane, noticing the sweat dotting his forehead. He looked at his hand surprised, then chuckled. Maybe he should start having a cup of tea before bed.
